{"id":18,"date":"2026-07-04T15:04:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T15:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spectra.gravitystack.dev\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2026-07-04T15:15:34","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T15:15:34","slug":"exclusivity","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spectra.gravitystack.dev\/?page_id=18","title":{"rendered":"Exclusivity"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclusivity, Public IP, Community, and GOPros<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve built GravityStack so we can do two things at once:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>publish ideas openly and help professionals learn in a group setting, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protect the exclusive, hands-on relationship we offer GOPros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section explains how exclusivity works, and what it does (and does not) cover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Public IP is open by design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We publish ideas and educational resources such as books, articles, videos, frameworks, workshops, templates, and training. This is thought leadership and education. It is&nbsp;<strong>non-exclusive by nature<\/strong>, and it may be accessed by anyone, including professionals in the same profession or market as you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Community is group learning, not exclusive execution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may host a private members space where local professionals learn and discuss. It may include Q&amp;A sessions or \u201chot seats.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Community is\u00a0<strong>non-exclusive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hot seats are\u00a0<strong>opt-in<\/strong>, and the participating member decides what they share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community sessions are designed as\u00a0<strong>framework clinics<\/strong>: education, diagnosis, and decision support. They are not a substitute for a private engagement, and they do not include hands-on implementation or ongoing management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protecting GOPro exclusivity in community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we have an active GOPro in a profession and protected area, we will not use community programming to provide&nbsp;<strong>market-specific execution guidance<\/strong>&nbsp;intended to help a competing practice win that local market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may share principles that apply broadly, but we won\u2019t provide the kind of market-specific execution guidance that replaces hands-on Lead Flow Optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That means we may discuss principles and patterns, but we will not provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a competitor-specific playbook to beat a known local practice,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>market-specific tactics designed to capture a competitor\u2019s branded demand or local demand, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deep implementation instructions that effectively replace hands-on Lead Flow Optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) What a GOPro is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<strong>GOPro<\/strong>&nbsp;is a client in an active, hands-on Lead Flow Optimization relationship with GravityStack. This is where we do private, client-specific planning and execution, which may include ongoing optimisation, management, and strategic guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GOPro status is distinct from purchasing stand-alone services or participating in community learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Exclusivity applies only to GOPros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exclusivity is available only to&nbsp;<strong>GOPros<\/strong>, because it is tied to our hands-on Lead Flow Optimization work (private, client-specific planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our exclusivity standard is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One practice per profession within a 20 km radius of your primary office location<\/strong>&nbsp;(typically the address on your Google Business Profile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In unusually large metro areas, we may define a more appropriate boundary in writing based on real competitive patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exclusivity means you hold the exclusive seat for GravityStack\u2019s hands-on Lead Flow Optimization work in your profession and protected area. It does not prevent us from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>publishing Public IP (books, articles, videos, frameworks, templates, workshops),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>running education or community programming, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>working with professionals in other professions or outside your protected area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Website and conversion work in GOPro markets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a profession and protected area where we have an active GOPro, we reserve the exclusive seat for hands-on Lead Flow Optimization. To protect that commitment, we will not take on conversion-focused website builds, major messaging rewrites, review generation, or similar work for a direct competitor in that same profession and protected area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may still offer general technical services that are not designed to materially increase a competitor\u2019s ability to capture the same local demand, such as maintenance, hosting, security, performance improvements, accessibility fixes, emergency repairs, and basic form or tracking fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keeping exclusivity active<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GOPro exclusivity depends on the GOPro relationship being active and in good standing.
